What is bail? Bail is where you help the families get their love ones out. We provide payment plans to those that need help. Before bailing out a defendant we make sure we have proper documentation from the indemnitor and have as much information. We provide bail starting at 8% to 10% which is required by law. Once we get proper documents we post bail and wait for defendant to be released and give our bail instructions to the defendant. Premium must be paid before defendant is release from jail.
Defendant is required to attend all court dates, fail to do so can result in Forfeiture status which can send you back to jail. To avoid returning to jail follow all bail conditions.
