Cathy, Carlos and Fernando were really great to work with. Despite LAPD holdups through the night of Thanksgiving and Friday after... they were extremely patient and did all they could to work through the system to get me out of the Van Nuys jail.

Although it took over 12 hours to get released when it should have been sooner, I am very thankful for all of their efforts. They are very friendly and professional.
